Kingdom Contracting & Sealcoating completed a full parking lot maintenance project for Double AI Sushi in Wayne, NJ. We started with surface prep and crack filling to help stop water from getting into the asphalt and causing more damage. Next, we applied a fresh sealcoat to protect the pavement and give the lot a clean, dark finish. After the sealer cured, we finished with new line striping, including clearly marked parking spaces and ADA handicap parking markings for a clean, organized layout and safer traffic flow.

This project improved curb appeal for customers and helped extend the life of the parking lot.
