Kingdom Contracting & Sealcoating completed a full parking lot maintenance project for The Goddard School in Fairfield, NJ to improve appearance and extend the life of the asphalt. We started by cleaning and preparing the surface, then sealed all active cracks using hot rubberized crack fill to help stop water from getting into the pavement. Next, we applied two coats of commercial-grade sealer for strong, even coverage and added protection against weather, traffic, and everyday wear. After the sealcoating cured, we finished the job with fresh line striping to clearly mark parking spaces and improve traffic flow and safety for staff and parents.
