Kingdom Contracting & Sealcoating completed a full parking lot maintenance project for the New City 23 Diner in Pompton Plains, NJ to get the property ready for its grand opening. We started with proper surface prep and hot rubberized crack filling to seal cracks and help prevent water damage. Next, we applied two coats of commercial-grade sealer to give the asphalt a fresh, uniform finish and long-lasting protection. After the sealer cured, we completed new line striping to clearly mark parking spaces, traffic flow, and key areas for customers and staff.
This project helped deliver a clean, sharp first impression for guests while improving safety and organization for daily business.
