Full Parking Lot Sealcoating and Line Striping in Camden NJ

Kingdom Contracting & Sealcoating completed the first location in our multi-site CVS Pharmacy pavement maintenance program — a full-service commercial lot restoration in Camden, NJ.

Our crew began with a complete surface preparation, blowing and wire-brooming the entire lot to remove debris and ensure proper sealer adhesion. All cracks were treated with hot rubberized crack filler, applied at over 400°F to create a flexible, waterproof bond that stops water infiltration before it can damage the base.

We then applied two coats of commercial-grade asphalt sealer, fortified with sand for traction and additives for faster cure and a durable, deep black finish. Once cured, the lot was re-striped to spec — parking stalls, ADA-compliant handicap markings, fire lanes, and directional arrows — leaving a crisp, professional appearance for customers and full compliance for the property.

Pharmacy locations can't afford extended downtime, so our team sequenced the work in sections to keep the site accessible and turned the lot around on schedule.
