Pompton Plains, NJ – Shopping Center Parking Lot Maintenance

Kingdom Contracting & Sealcoating completed a full parking lot maintenance project for a shopping center in Pompton Plains, NJ. We started by cleaning and preparing the asphalt, then sealed all active cracks using hot rubberized crack fill to help prevent water damage and further cracking. Next, we applied two coats of commercial-grade sealer for solid, even coverage and long-term protection. After the sealer cured, we finished with fresh line striping to clearly mark parking spaces, improve traffic flow, and give the property a clean, updated look.
