This Pompton Plains project came with a challenge: a large asphalt apron at the street that had deteriorated well beyond crack filling. Our crew cut out the damaged section, rebuilt it with fresh hot asphalt, and compacted it for a smooth, long-lasting transition from road to driveway. From there, the entire driveway was sealed with a commercial-grade, sand-fortified coal tar emulsion.
The apron is the hardest-working part of any driveway — it takes constant abuse from traffic, snow plows, and water runoff at the street. Catching the damage early and repairing it properly protects the rest of the asphalt behind it.
Kingdom Contracting & Sealcoating provides asphalt repair, patching, crack filling, and sealcoating for homeowners throughout Pompton Plains, Pequannock, and Morris County. If part of your driveway is beyond sealing, we'll give you an honest assessment and the right fix — not an unnecessary repave.
