CVS Pharmacy Parking Lot Sealcoating and Striping in Eastampton NJ

Kingdom Contracting & Sealcoating completed the second location in our multi-site CVS Pharmacy pavement maintenance program — a full commercial lot restoration in Eastampton, NJ, covering approximately 38,500 square feet.

This lot required extensive crack treatment before sealing. Our crew routed and cleaned roughly 2,500 linear feet of cracking, then filled it with hot rubberized crack sealant applied at over 400°F — creating a flexible, waterproof seal that stops water from reaching the base and prevents freeze-thaw damage through the winter months. Oil spots were treated with a specialized primer to ensure proper sealer bonding in drive lanes and parking stalls.

With prep complete, we applied two full coats of commercial-grade asphalt sealer fortified with silica sand for traction and performance additives for a fast cure and long-lasting, deep black finish. The lot was then re-striped end to end — parking stalls, ADA-compliant handicap markings, directional arrows, and fire lanes — restoring a sharp, compliant, customer-ready appearance.

As with every location in this program, work was sequenced in sections to keep the pharmacy open and accessible throughout the project, with the lot returned to full service on schedule.
