Our crew started by cleaning and filling cracks with hot-applied rubberized sealant to stop water penetration before the freeze-thaw season. The entire lot was then sealed with a sand-fortified coal tar emulsion applied at commercial specifications — built to hold up under constant daily retail traffic.
